Hadi Prakoso Wreksoatmodjo, SpM (K), or mostly known as Hadi Prakoso, was graduated as medical doctor from the University of Indonesia-Jakarta, in 1977. As a government employee, after serving as general practitioner in remote area of Maluku province in the eastern part of Indonesia for nearly 8 years, he started his ophthalmology training in the same university and graduated in 1989.  And then he was appointed to work in Bali for one and half year, where he performed the first IOL implantation in that island in 1991.

In 1992 he came back to Jakarta, working as junior staff member of University of Indonesia, in the Strabismus sub Division of the Department of Ophthalmology.  During his time in the university, he studied Low Vision Aid in Tokyo-Japan (1995), and continued studying Strabismus and Oculoplastic in Melbourne-Australia (1995-1996). Upon his return from Australia he chaired the Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus society in Indonesia for seven years (1996-2003), and delivered numerous lectures and courses in national meetings. He used to be the secretary general of the Indonesian Ophthalmologist Association (IOA)(1996-2003), and was also deeply involved in conducting charity mass cataract surgery organized by IOA in 1989-1998. His great passion to cataract and refractive surgery forced him to learn phacoemulsification and Lasik by himself since 1997.  He also attended many courses abroad on cataract and refractive surgery including iris claw phakic IOL. His endless effort to improve his skill and to master various surgical techniques, leads him to be one of the high volume surgeons in the region. He had conducted instructional course and wet lab on Artisan Phakic IOL in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore in 2006, and several times in Indonesia. Since 2007, he had been assigned as a Certified International Trainer for VISX CUSTOM VUE LASIK. Due to his wide and extensive experience in this field, he was invited to give lectures and didactic courses on challenging cases in national and international meetings respectively such as APAO, APACRS and WOC.  He had also performed live surgeries in Indonesia, India and Australia. His enormous experiences in implanting over than thousand premium IOLs (both Toric and Multifocus) in the last 4 years, put him to be one of the most respectable premium surgeons in Indonesia. Since 2012 he actively joined the INASCRS as scientific board member.

Dr. Johan A. Hutauruk, SpM (K), is a consultant ophthalmologist and Director of the Jakarta Eye Center at central Jakarta, a private eye hospital in Indonesia with several locations in Jakarta and Indonesia. Dr. Hutauruk has participated in many live surgeries, teaching courses, lectures and actively involve as scientific committee for the Indonesian Ophthalmologist Annual Meeting.  In recognition of his contributions to organize more than 10,000 free cataract surgeries per year since 2002, the Asia Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology awarded him the APAO Distinguished Service Award during the 2008 APAO and World Ophthalmology Congress in Hong Kong.

She was graduated as ophthalmologist from Airlangga University ,in 2009. She was a founder of Klinik Mata Utama Gresik and as a director from 2010 until now. Active to do cataract surgery in social program of Klinik Mata Utama and as volunteer in Yayasan Katarak Peduli. Phacoemulsification certified by Indonesia University, in 2014.

She graduated as a General Practioner at Faculty of Medicine Diponegoro University, Semarang in 1993 and completed her specialization of Ophthalmologist in 2003, from the same institution.

She enriched her expertise and knowledge in Glaucoma Fellowship Program at Faculty of Medicine Indonesia University, Jakarta in 2004 and Phacoemulsification Fellowship Program at Gadjah Mada Faculty of Medicine,Yogyakarta in 2005. Setiyo Budi Riyanto, MD obtained his medical and ophthalmology degrees from the Medical Faculty University of Indonesia. He joined the university’s fellowships in cataract and refractive surgery in 2002.

Currently, he is a Senior Consultant Surgeon and Head of the Cataract and Refractive Surgery at Jakarta Eye Center, President of the Indonesian Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (INASCRS), and Hospital Director of Jakarta Eye Center @ Menteng.

His clinical work includes Cataract surgery by Femtosecond Laser Cataract Surgery, Phacoemulsification with premium IOL implants, microincision cataract surgery, phakic and aphakic IOL implantation, ReLEx SMILE, LASIK, LASEK, epiLASIK, PRK, no-touch LASIK, Keratoplasty, DSAEK, and general ophthalmology. Dr.Bambang Triwiyono, SpM (K) has broad clinical interest including cataract, Corneal, refractive and oculoplastic surgery. More recently he has focussed his interest on advancements in cataract & refractive surgery. He has been performing refractive surgery, including laser and lens procedures since 2002 and has performed over 3000 successful refractive laser eye surgeries, including epi Lasik, LASIK and RLE. Dr Bambang is a founding member of the Indonesia Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and also a member of the Asia Pasific Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. He has maintains his knowledge of international standards through regular attendance of ophthalmology and Cataract & refractive surgery conferences in the Asia Pacific region and European Union. Despite his busy practice, Dr.Bambang is also Consultant Eye Surgeon( cataract &refractive surgery) and has been Head of the Ophthalmology Department at the Central Pertamina Hospital, Jakarta since 2007

Dr. Dini Dharmawidiarini, SpM, was graduated as medical doctor from Airlangga University in 2002 and as ophthalmologist from Airlangga University in 2009. Completely to do wet lab and manual small incision cataract surgery course with ophthalmologist consultant of The John Fawcett Foundation from Perth, February 2009. Work as ophthalmologist in Bali 2009 to 2013, including  active to do screen mass and cataract surgery for low social economic patient wth The John Fawcett Foundation, private clinic in Ganesha Hospital and Siloam Hospital Bali.

Achieved Surgeons International Award from Royal Australasian College of Surgeon to do oculoplasty observership in Lions Eye Institute Perth, 2012. She move to Surabaya as ophthalmologist in Undaan Eye Hospital Surabaya and Klinik Mata Utama Gresik in 2014, also active as a volunteer to do cataract surgery in social program with Klinik Mata Utama Gresik, Perdami Jawa Timur and Non Government Organisation (The John Fawcett Foundation and Buddha Tzu-Chi) collaboration with airforce and army. She was certified onsite certification phacoemulsification surgery  by Indonesian Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (INASCRS) on January 2016.
